This video is prepared as part of Colin Polwarth’s PhD in autonomous vehicles, semiotics and the city. Colin Polwarth is a Registered Architect with over 30 years’ of experience in the design and management of a wide variety of built infrastructure projects. He is the Director of Studio Colin Polwarth which specialises in architecture, infrastructure design, urban design, master planning and transdisciplinary expertise in art.
